RingCentral is another great service, they also offer bundled incoming and outgoing pages so you can use them as you like. RingCentral also has low overage fees and 24/7 support. RingCentral also has a 30 day trial period

You can send faxes directly from your email or send directly from their easy to use website. Sending from the website is much like email, you can have address books to quickly manage contacts and people you frequently fax.

eFax

eFax is the biggest of all the Internet Fax Providers, boasting more then 11 million subscribers world wide and numbers in 3000 cities and 44 countries.

eFax is one of the more expensive options available but the service is exceptional. They don’t offer much for incoming pages and charge a little more for overages. eFax also has the largest network of numbers, so if you need a local number for your business chances are eFax has you covered.

MetroFax

MetroFax is one of the newest providers terms of internet fax but are proving to be like the larger providers. Having bundled incoming and outgoing pages together, they offer their customers a total of 1000 pages monthly. MetroFax currently is not offering a free trial, though if you do sign up you will receive your 2nd month free.

Support is also US Based which is great but its only until 5pm Pacific time. I hope in the next year or so they will become 24/7 customer support.

The monthly price is comparable with all the other services available and the page overages actually cost less.

I also have to credit Metro Fax for having by far the best looking website of the bunch. In terms of appeal, layout and ease of use.

Overall another great service. Everything you would need to finally get rid of the big old fax machine is here. A couple things I did notice is there is no option for SMS delivery yet. Also that the service is only available to US customers. Zero cancellation fees and no contracts to sign.
